Welcome to our new SELF UPDATING entry service for our Plumbing Africa, KBB Design and RACA directories. To eliminate the errors that creep in on the manual system we are converting to a fully electronic system.

This means that you will be fully responsible for your own entry. The PRODUCTS and SERVICES headings have been made more generic as the previous list was becoming very cumbersome. Our readers are looking for a quick, easy reference so they can do their own investigation. For example there are different products for different applications & to have all the manufacturers/suppliers listed under a generic heading allows the reader/user to approach every supplier or not.

The system will take you through the pages relevant to your business. Please work through the pages and amend and update your directory information.

UPDATE COMPANY BRANCHES. This page is be pre-filled with the data we currently have on record.

STEP 3

UPDATE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. The Products and Services page will not list any current information and we ask that you update that page using our new category classification.

STEP 4

UPDATE TRADE MARKS. Company can only list a trade mark if they are the official trade mark holder and not an agent.

STEP 5

CONFIRM ALL INFORMATION IS CORRECT. The final page will present you with a summary of your company’s information. Selecting the Confirm button on this page will indicate to us that you have completed the process and are satisfied with your directory information.
